Interested in learning more about photography but don’t have the time to take a formal class? Not a problem. I provide individual lessons to get photographers started.
This hands-on lesson covers the basics of the camera (standard settings, functions, etc.), important mechanisms (aperture, shutter speed, film speed, depth-of-field, etc.), creative vision (composition, lighting, color vs. b/w, etc.) and genres (e.g., portrait, landscape, macro, etc.). We will be doing this at a specific location in the city (weather permitting), so students walk away with both knowledge and examples to improve upon. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
Note: students should bring their own equipment: a DSLR, SLR, point-and-shoot, or even a cell phone camera will work.
E-mail me today to find out more about scheduling a lesson.
